13. INTANGIBLE REWARDS: create commercial value starting from an intangible good

Beyond the physical and digital rewards, that we can consider as “classics”, there is another kind of rewards, the intangible ones. The intangible reward for some fans could be priceless but instead, for you, they have a very low commercial cost.


What are we talking about? A free-entry in the artist guest list for the next concert, social thanks post on your official artist account, a phone call between you and the fan, a social follow-back, greetings video sent via email.

You know, different rewards for different fans! Now it’s up to you assign to the intangible rewards the right credits (K) and/or money value!
